Boarding

• A customized twice daily feed program including supplements (provided by owner) individualized for each horse.
• Use of Saddle pads, wither pads and polos
• Use of washer and dryer
• Scheduling of veterinary, chiropractic, therapy treatments and farrier service (as applied)
• Customized turn out and daily stall cleaning
• Regular deworming schedule (wormer extra charge)
• Daily blanketing and unblanketing as weather indicates

• 13-15 training sessions per month for horse and owner, typically two lessons weekly and five training rides monthly (lessons don’t rollover to the next month. Additional lesson can be added on for $50.00 per lesson)

Any additional lessons, training, body clipping, medications, fly spray, supplements, horse shows etc., will be billed in addition to board at the end of the month. Board is due by the 1st of each month.
